Orders ship via all major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Most orders transport via ground shipping. Customers cannot specify the carrier of their choice. Shipping cost for all orders is $10.00.
In the rare instance that your merchandise is delivered defective, damaged or incomplete, email us within 7 days of delivery. Please make sure you return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt. Items received after the 14-day return period will be rejected, and your package will be returned, and you will be charged return postage. Should we receive the package a second time, we will keep the merchandise and no credit will be issued.
S&H fees are not refundable. No refunds or reimbursements will be made towards the cost of shipping returned merchandise back to us, unless it is to exchange damaged merchandise for identical products. For merchandise damaged in transit, we will pay shipping cost and send replacement item(s) at no additional charge.
- Contact us to request authorization number (RAN)
- Indicate the order number on your invoice, the stock number(s)for the merchandise you wish to send back, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
- Pack your merchandise for return, including the copy of the invoice
- Send us the merchandise after you have received your RAN. For your protection, we recommend insuring your return package.
- Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided bythe customer will be subject to additional shipping charges.
